The kids had tickets for a show in NYC at Radio City so we had a quiet morning. I didn't even bother with an egg hunt or Easter baskets since we wouldn't be getting together at all in the morning. I made my stuffed artichokes and an apple pie to bring over to grandma's this afternoon. After mass I finished baking the apple pie in the apartment since we are having a problem with our kitchen oven.
We had a nice Easter dinner with the whole family together.(Larry's side of the family that is.)
Lenore's sister Elizabeth joined us today with her 2 children and we had a good time together. Her kids are so nice! Lenore had bought each of the kids a pail and shovel filled with little toys and goodies. The weather was gorgeous so we played out doors for a while.
