Carved out our Jack o' lantern today. Sophia was a big help...she got out every seed in that pumpkin. We made pumpkin muffins and roasted the seeds too!

Grandma Angie came over for dinner and Nick joined us too. I made raost beef, mashed potatoes and sauteed string beans.
